Rules

Top

  1. The entrant must be a resident in the Parish of Old Basing and Lychpit
  2. There will be a section for Juniors and a section for Adults.
  3. If the competitor is 16 or over on the 1st Jan 2007 then they will be entered into the Adult section.  Competitors under 16 will be entered into the Junior section.
  4. Each competitor may make up to three entries.
  5. Entries may be made in electronic format or on photographic paper.
  6. Each entry must be accompanied by an entry form in electronic or paper format.
  7. Electronic format entries must be jpeg files and may be submitted in any size.
  8. Electronic format entries may be e-mailed to photo@basinga.org.uk, or may be delivered to 49 Linden Avenue on CD or floppy disk.
  9. The subject of the competition is “Everyday Life in Old Basing and Lychpit” for both the Junior and Adult sections.
  10. The photograph can be of any age provided it meets other entry criteria.
  11. The photograph must have been taken by the person submitting the entry.
  12. Closing date for entries is 31st March 2007
  13. The judges decision is final.
  14. Entries may not be made by members of the Basinga Committee or their immediate families.
  15. Every effort will be made to return photos submitted on photographic paper.
