Glaysher Family Butchers Win
Sausage Awards
Chris
and Kay Glaysher, who have the butchers shop in Belle Vue Road, have
won 3 medals when they entered their speciality sausages into a competition
recently. The placings were as follows:
- Silver for the "Luv Sausage"
- Silver for the "Minotaur"
- Bronze for the "Basing Banger"
Chris said that if he had displayed the recipes for the Luv Sausage and Basing Banger then they would have received higher awards. Very well done to them both. Chris also added that they will be doing a special sausage for St Georges day.
