Africa to Ormond Street
Expedition

Many of you will have noticed the bright yellow Land Rover parked on our drive in Pyotts Hill in August.  This Land Rover (called Betty) with Simon Gray, and his three friends is now in Africa, starting their long trip back to the UK and Great Ormond Street Hospital.  They are visiting different sites in Africa on their way back, in particular ones which are run by the voluntary charities Hope and Homes for Children and Student Partnership Worldwide.  They aim to raise £20,000 for these two charities and for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.
 
We are updating the website www.africa2ormond.co.uk regularly – do visit it to see their progress.  There is a facility there for donations, but these could also be delivered to 17 Pyotts Hill
