The Friends of St Mary’s management committee are looking for a secretary.
The position is voluntary and committee meetings are held three or four times a year but may involve one or two other meetings if we are organising a big event.
As secretary you would prepare the agenda for each meeting and circulate it to all committee members and take the minutes of all meetings and again, circulate them to all committee members as soon after the meeting as possible.
