Old Basing D of E open award centre will be holding an open evening at The
Beddington Centre, Riley Lane, Old Basing for prospective new participants and
parents on Monday evening 10th October at 8.00pm.
The Award is open to all aged between 14 and 24 who wish to take on the challenge of this prestigious program of activities and challenges. Achieving the award can be a big boost to securing a place at your chosen Uni or helping gain employment in the future.
Above all it is a program for personal achievement that is fun and rewarding, enables you to make new friends and tackle new interests.
Old Basing Open Centre operate under the authority of Hampshire County Council and provide an alternative option for those either not able to complete the award within their school or who perhaps chose not to.
