Part Dance,
part exercise the aim of the TFL technique is to make its members have:
Improved posture
More energy
A toned body
Increased muscular strength and flexible joints
Better co-ordination and stability
The classes
are targeted for all, whatever your age, ability and fitness level.
The
organisation was founded in 1930 by Mary Bagot Stack,
and ever since the numbers have grown.
Nowadays it is a world-wide organisation with 400 classes every week,
suitable for everybody.

£4.00 |
Registration fee to The Fitness
League is £14.00 per year, payable September (reduced fee of 50% April-September.
Covers cost of insurance, being member of a nationwide organisation, and a
contribution towards teacher training costs |

Your Teacher—Alison Howard

Alison
Howard, took a three-year part-time training course of The Women’s League of Health
and Beauty completing in 1985, and has attended many refresher courses
since. She also holds the City &
Guilds 730 Adult Education Certificate, and an updated first aid
qualification (2004). She has taught
continuously since qualifying, firstly in I am a local person and have lived in Lychpit for the past 18 years. I also am a teaching assistant at St Mary's School. |

Equipment

You
need to wear something comfortable in that you find it easy to move, footwear
is optional, the wearing of socks without shoes is discouraged because of the
possibility of slipping. A mat, or towel to lie on is recommended. |
