The Fitness League

Part Dance, part exercise the aim of the TFL technique is to make its members have:

Improved posture

More energy

A toned body

Increased muscular strength and flexible joints

Better co-ordination and stability

The classes are targeted for all, whatever your age, ability and fitness level.

The organisation was founded in 1930 by Mary Bagot Stack, and ever since the numbers have grown.  Nowadays it is a world-wide organisation with 400 classes every week, suitable for   everybody.

The organisation is supported by Sport England and is a founder member for the Central Council for Physical Recreation.  The system of exercise is endorsed by the Migraine Trust, National Osteoporosis Society and Breast cancer Care.

The classes are fun in a non-competitive environment.  When you join the TFL classes the two things that you can expect to happen almost immediately are decreased stress and increased energy.
