The Paulet-Halt Diaries
Ariadne has returned and allows us access to her current diary.
For
those of you who haven’t heard of me (and let’s face it, there can’t be
many), the Paulet-Halts have lived at Paulet Manor in the village of Old
Basing for centuries. In fact we rank highly among the other famous names
of the village such as the Owens and the Beadles (although strictly speaking
the Beadles live in Lychpit). For many months I wrote a very popular
weekly article for the Basinga Extra website, which I believe is still there
(Showing Pains) if you would like to
find out more about myself and my family and, due to popular demand, I have
now been persuaded to contribute a little column to the Basinga, which I
understand is also available on the Basinga Extra website.
