The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust works to create a better
future for wildlife and wild places in Hampshire and the Island. As a charity,
we are concerned with all aspects of wildlife conservation in the region. We
manage over 50 wildlife reserves as havens for wildlife and places for people to
enjoy.
A very important aspect of our work is showing local communities that
safeguarding our environment for the future is vital. Through our programme of
events, activities and wildlife courses we hope to inspire people to enjoy their
surroundings even more.

You can help to protect our wildlife by becoming a member of the Wildlife Trust.
Your support gives us vital funds to continue our conservation work and lets us
know that we are not alone in believing that protecting the Hampshire’s wildlife
really matters.
Species sponsorship is another way in which you can help.
If
you are looking for an unusual gift idea, or know somebody who shares your
interest in wildlife, then one of our species sponsorship gifts would be ideal.
This great gift will bring a sense of well being to both you and the recipient,
while also making a valuable contribution towards the protection of our most
threatened wildlife across Hampshire.
There are a large number of key species and habitats at risk available for you
to sponsor including a red squirrel, water vole, wildflower meadow, common seal
and grazing cattle.
From as little as £20 you can sponsor a local species and in return the
recipient will receive our gift pack which includes a photo greetings card, a
factsheet about the species or habitat sponsored, and a certificate of
sponsorship.
